Retortable thermoformable bottom film: recyclable mono-PP pack
Thermoform bottom film developed for in-pack sterilisation of ready meals. 124.5 °C retort (product core, 30-minute test; time depends on product volume), 5–8 cm deep draw. Together with a BOPP 20 µm / HBQ248S top web it forms a recyclable mono-PP pack. Transparent, boilable and runs on all standard thermoform packaging machines. Produced on our water-quench (Aquarex) line for clarity and uniform forming.
