Plastic itself is not the problem; improper collection and disposal are.

Plastic packaging protects food and prevents waste. Our approach is therefore not to eliminate plastic, but to use less of it, more intelligently and in recyclable form. We prioritise recycling over biodegradable alternatives.

What we do

• Recyclable mono-material structures: the HBQ258S thermoform bottom film forms a recyclable mono-PP pack with a BOPP top web.
• Less material: in sachets, a high-barrier film replaces the aluminium layer; in our catalogue comparison the packaging weight drops from about 97 g/m² to 53 g/m² (indicative).
• Fewer SKUs: FP1039AF seals to both PE and PP trays with one lidding film, reducing stock variety and obsolete stock.
• Designed to fit: following "nothing lacking, nothing excess", we deliver the required barrier with the most suitable thickness and structure.
• Zero Waste: both of our plants hold the Zero Waste Certificate.
